I think its from the 90's set in England 2 ladies, one of their names was Eddie, dont remember the other ones name-high blonde hair, n Eddies mom and daughter? My god its the best show I've ever seen, cant seem to find it on Tv anymore though :(

Dude, Patsy and Edwina Forever! The daughter's name was Saffron, and she also had an assistant named Bubbles that was dumber than a box of rocks and always dressed like a fairie-rave princess!

You can find the shows on DVD, and they still play it on BBC America on Cable. I personally go and scout YouTube for clips and stuff, cause it's free.
